Keoladeo National park, formerly known as Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary is located in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. This wildlife sanctuary is the most charming shelter for waterfowls in entire world as it boasts of almost 380 bird species. Keoladeo national park, the bird’s paradise hosts some very rare species of birds as Siberian Crane wwith mammals including Golden Jackal, Striped Hyena, Sambar, Nilgai, Blackbuck and wild Boar.
Sariska national park, which is surrounded by the craggy hills and narrow valleys of Aravali is another home of Tigers in Rajasthan. Besides tigers, a large no of other wild animals as leopard, chital, nilgai, sambhar, four-horned antelope, wild boar, rhesus macaque can be seen here. On the park edge, flows Siliserh Lake. This lake is full of wild crocodiles.
